Established in 2018, Sadhana Consulting is an independent Australian practice that helps boards and leadership teams strengthen governance, improve decision-making and plan with clarity. The work centres on external board performance reviews, 360° CEO evaluations, governance structure reviews, strategic planning and financial management.
How we work
Engagements are tailored to the size and complexity of the organisation. A typical board performance review includes online surveys, one-on-one interviews, document review and a practical Board Improvement Action Plan. CEO evaluations, skills matrix work and strategic planning sessions are delivered with the same independent, structured approach.
