I have worked in a large, established multi-national organisation, a fast growing SME, a start-up and a government organisation giving me a diverse set of business skills and knowledge.
At the age of 25 I was managing the Initial Public Offering of a private company on the Australian Stock Exchange. At the age of 26 I was responsible for the smooth transition of the acquisition of another company. With a strategic focus, I continuously grow and build on my business knowledge, keeping up with changes in technology, business practices and compliance. I am dedicated and loyal but thrive in a changing and diverse environment. I am achievement orientated, setting the bar high, whilst always maintaining an uncompromising degree of integrity.
I am an experienced executive and Chief Financial Officer with diverse experience in best practice in start-ups, SMEs, government and multi-national organisations.
I am a current member of CPA Australia (Certified Practicing Accountants) and AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors). I am a Board Director and the Finance & Governance Committee Chair for Destination Gippsland Ltd and a Mentor for Startup Gippsland.

Paul Standfield - Senior Advisor
Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting and project management.
His knowledge areas include financial accounting, corporate governance, systems design and implementation, and business process improvement and control. Paul has been responsible for managing and delivering numerous large-scale business and systems projects and reviews, with deep expertise in process efficiency and risk management.
