Kylie started Sadhana Consulting in 2018 after many years working in the Corporate sector with roles and experience spanning​ large multi-nationals, SMEs, start-ups, NFPs and government organisations giving her a diverse set of business skills and knowledge.​

Kylie's expertise spans financial management, governance, strategic planning and business management.
She is a Fellow of CPA Australia (Certified Practicing Accountants) and the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of and AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors).

Paul Standfield - Senior Advisor

Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting and project management.
His knowledge areas include financial accounting, corporate governance, systems design and implementation, and business process improvement and control. Paul has been responsible for managing and delivering numerous large-scale business and systems projects and reviews, with deep expertise in process efficiency and risk management.
